All Out! Towards the Peaks of Prestige is the flagship event in Wuthering Waves version 2.4. It is practically a TCG event where you have to use various card-based tactics to defeat your opponents.
Once the cards are set and your tactics are in place, Echoes will fight on your behalf, whom you’ll upgrade using the cards. It’s not a difficult event, but it can be complicated, and here’s a guide that covers all the necessary details surrounding the event.
All Out! Towards the Peaks of Prestige Event Guide

All Out! Towards the Peaks of Prestige is a card event where you have to use TCG Echo cards and buff them up before they go into battle. However, there are quite a few things you’ll need to understand to make sure you can grab victory on the battlefield.
Preparation Phase

In the preparation phase, you’ll notice a massive board with a bunch of empty card slots in front of you. The opposite side of the board will be the same, but it will be for your opponent.
You can place your card using what you have in hand. Every card comes with four stats, namely Strength (STR), Damage (DMG), Constitution (CON), and Energy Cost. The effects of these stats are as follows:
- Strength: Damage dealt by the Echo when on the battlefield
- DMG: Damage dealt to the enemy Duelist
- Constitution: The Echo’s HP
- Energy Cost: Energy required to deploy the Echo on the battlefield.
Your objective is to reduce the enemy’s HP to zero, and you’ll have won the battle. The enemy and your HP can be viewed in the respective portraits, with a number written below them. If the number below the portrait says 25, it means the enemy has 25 HP.
Now, you will notice that apart from the zones for you and your enemy, your own area is divided into two parts. Placing the Echo on the right-hand side will deploy it to the back of the battlefield, and placing it on the left side will deploy it on the front.
Additionally, you will also notice a vertical bar to the very right, which will have the available energy written. You can only deploy Echoes depending on the amount of Energy you have. Once you are ready, deploy the Echo on the battlefield.
The Echoes will now fight against each other, and whoever has the better strategy will win. You can deploy a maximum of 4 Echoes at a time.
Modulation, Transformation, and Reconstruction

Simply placing your cards on the battlefield isn’t enough, as you’ll need to ensure they are strong to defeat your opponent. As such, you’ll have to understand three crucial aspects of card deployment, namely Modulation, Transformation, and Reconstruction.
- Modulation: In Modulation, you place one card on top of another, where you fuse them to increase their strengths. In order to modulate, you’ll need to place a card over another 1-Cost Echo. Once it is modulated, you can place a 3-Cost Echo over it to further amplify the overall strength.
- Transformation: There are some cards that can be Transformed by placing them in the middle of your deployment area. These cards are better Transformed than deployed to make the most out of their abilities.
- Reconstruction: You can use your cards and feed them into the Energy zone to increase the total Energy you have available in your hand. This allows you to deploy stronger Echoes when needed.
Resonator Tactics

You can use Resonator Tactics to add special buffs that will give you special advantages on the battlefield. These are unlocked as you progress through the event, and once you have all of them, your strength is vastly enhanced.
However, you’ll need Energy to activate the Resonator Tactics, so it’s important you keep track of what cards you’re deploying and when to activate your special Resonator buff.
Core Echo

Core Echoes are the strongest part of your deck. They have the highest stats and can single-handedly turn the course of a battle. However, they also have specific conditions that you must meet to deploy them.
Core Echoes don’t have deployment cost, but meeting the condition is difficult. As such, your deck must revolve around enabling the Core Echo so that you can deploy it as fast as possible.
Element and Deck Building

Once you have enough cards, you can build your Deck to challenge your opponent. The Decks can be automatically built if you want, or hand-picked by you.
Every Deck will be led by a Core Echo, and the rest of the cards should be selected in a way that amplifies the Core Echo. Every Core Echo comes with an element, namely Fusion, Spectro, Glacio, Electro, Aero, and Havoc.
The element and their respective counter elements are listed in the following table:
Element | Counter Element |
---|---|
Glacio | Spectro |
Fusion | Aero |
Electro | Spectro |
Aero | Electro |
Spectro | Havoc |
Havoc | Fusion |
