Maliki Poison of the Past Launch Trailer
As Sand, you travel through the ages to repair the continuum. Use your Chrono Pack to manipulate time, fight the monsters that have infested past worlds alongside teammates Becky, Fang and Fenimale.
Players will wage strategic battles altering time to trigger devastating joint attacks with your teammates. The developer, Blue Banshee Games, promises that Maliki Poison of the Past will offer players a fantastical odyssey with great depth, featuring a surprising mix of role-playing, exploration, temporal riddles to solve, and turn-based combat.
When not embroiled in battle, you can recharge your batteries in the Domaine. It’s a peaceful hub that allows you to plant, harvest, cook, and craft. It also holds the Thousand-Root Tree that is preventing Poison’s utter dominance, so you’ll need to take care of it too.
The chibiesque visuals are quite endearing, and the time manipulation hook makes the combat and story sound intriguing.
Maliki Poison of the Past is out now on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam and the Ankama Launcher for $29.99.
