Cipher Kit Explained
Cipher has a pretty simple kit, as all she cares about is dealing damage to enemies. Her Talent ability inflicts the enemy with the highest HP with the Patron state. Cipher will record the damage dealt when this enemy is attacked by allies, and she will deal follow-up damage in return.
Her ultimate is a nuke where she deals True DMG to enemies. The damage dealt is based on what she has recorded through her Talent.
Cipher can switch between targets by using her Skill, where the one affected by the Patron state is replaced. However, the damage dealt previously is recorded, even if the target is changed.
