Developer Silver Studio and publisher Elementa have announced the fantasy open-world action RPG Silver Palace for consoles, PC, and mobile and included a chunky 11-minute gameplay showcase.
Silver Palace is set in a prosperous metropolis with a Victorian aesthetic and features a dynamic, action-oriented combat system. Players will play the role of a ‘Detective’ and embark on an adventure with a diverse group of partners to defeat the unknown enemies and unravel the mysteries in Silvernia, an industrialized metropolis built on the power of Silverium.
Check out the Silver Palace video titled The Golden Age of Detectives to see the game in action. But to get an idea of how Silver Palace plays, there’s also that 11-minute gameplay showcase. That Unreal Engine 5 magic seems to be displayed based on what the videos give us.
Silver Palace: The Golden Age of Detectives Video and Gameplay Showcase
Powered by Unreal Engine 5, the game features anime-style characters and a fluid combat system. Players can switch between characters in real-time to unleash powerful skills and chain QTE combos. As they explore the city’s sprawling environments, they’ll dive into the scenes of crime, hunt for clues in the shadows, battle their enemies, and, in the process, reveal more of the stories of Silvernia.
Players are tasked with investigating crimes and uncovering hidden truths. As various factions—from corporate monopolies and underground syndicates to royal affiliates and cults – vie for control of Silverium, tensions rise across the city.
There is no current release date set for Silver Palace, but we’ll keep you posted with any updates. For now, pre-registration is available on the game’s website.
